Spread the love

“To be honest, no. That breakup really did a number on me.”

“I know.”

“Look, I get why you broke up with me. But you made me believe that I was a horrible boyfriend. But you were the one who flipped out over every little thing. But what’s worse, you almost crushed my dream of becoming a writer. But guess what, my books are helping me financially.

“I’m sorry.”

Michael had unresolved feelings for Allison. There was a part of him that wanted to get back together with her. But there was another part of him that just couldn’t.

“So, what now?” Michael asked. “Where do we go from here?”

“We’re stuck on this ship for the next ten years,” Allison said. “We might as well get along and see what happens.”

“It’s not like we have a choice.”

Michael and Allison headed back to the boardroom.

“Did you really visit Suicide Forest?” Allison asked.

“Yeah, I was doing research for a horror story,” Michael said.

“That must have been scary.”

“It was, but it wasn’t as scary as people thought.”

Allison headed to Suicide Forest when she found out that Michael was visiting there.

“You’re going to Japan to look for your ex-boyfriend?” Ross asked.

“He’s going to Suicide Forest,” Allison said.

“Do you think he’s going to kill himself?”

“Maybe. I don’t know. I want to go to find out.”

“You still have feelings for him. That’s the only reason why you would go.”

“We’ll talk about this when I get back home.”

A few days later, Allison left her hotel room in Tokyo, and she called for a taxi.

“Where to?” the taxi driver asked.
“Suicide Forest, please,” Allison said.

“I cannot take you there.”

“Why not?”

“Please, think of your family.”

“No, you misunderstand. I have a friend who’s in there. I think he may hurt himself. I want to get to Suicide Forest before it’s too late.”

“Alright. I will take you there. I will pray for you and your friend.”

“Thanks.”

Allison prepared herself for Suicide Forest. She packed food, a first-aid kit, a flashlight, a whistle, and a rope, so she can find her way out of the forest.

Allison walked around Suicide Forest for several hours, pinning notes to several trees.

Michael, I’m sorry the way things turned out. I don’t know why you’re in Suicide Forest, but I’m worried about you. I still care for you. I’m in Suicide Forest , looking for you. I will shout your name. If you’re here, hopefully you can hear my voice.

Present Day…

For a few nights, Michael kept having these strange dreams. In one dream, Michael was on a beach and he saw a young woman, looking at the ocean. Michael walked closer to her to see her face, but he woke up before he had the chance.

The next night, Michael had the same dream. But this time, Michael snuck up from behind the woman and he turned her around. But to Michael’s disappointment, the girl covered her face with her hair, like Cousin Itt.

The following night, Michael continued the dream that he had the night before.

“Who are you?” Michael asked as he stared at the woman with her hair over her face. Michael moved the woman’s hair from her face. He had managed to get a faint glimpse of the woman’s lips and the tip of her nose. However, Michael woke up before he could get a good look at her face. Michael’s dream of the faceless blonde girl stopped after a few nights. He never told anybody about his dreams and he wasn’t sure what they’ve meant. Eventually, though, Michael concluded that his subconscious was telling him to move on with somebody else.

The Crew, as they’ve called themselves, have travelled through space for several months. Michael and Allison were on speaking terms, but they were still emotionally distant from each other. Steve and Shelly discovered they were going to have a baby boy. Melody and Sarah’s relationship was as strong as ever.
In fact, Sarah wanted to speak with Angel in private one day. So they spoke in the mess hall, while everybody else were watching old TV shows and movies.

“What’s wrong?” Angel asked.

“Would you say that you’re the captain of this ship?” Sarah asked.

“I guess you could say that.”

“Does that mean you can perform weddings?”

“I don’t know. Why do you…wait a minute, are thinking of proposing to Melody?”

Sarah nodded her head excitedly.

“O.M.G!” Angel said.

Angel got up from her seat and she gave Sarah a congratulatory hug.

“Oh, but you can’t get married on this ship,” Angel said. “This ship is so dreadful. We’ll be on the planet Terra in a few weeks. You two can get married there.”

“That’s awesome!” Sarah said. “Wait. I don’t have a ring for her.”

Angel pulled out a ring from her pocket.

“That’s so beautiful!” Sarah said. “Is that a diamond ring?”

“Not quite,” Angel said. “This ring was made out of diamond like material from Oberon. This ring is worth millions of dollars in Canadian currency.”

“And you’re giving this to me!”

“I don’t need it anymore. It’s a long story.”

“I wonder how I’m going to propose to Mel.”

“You can do it now or you wait until we reach Terra. It looks just like Earth.”

“I think I’m going to propose now.”

Sarah walked into Melody’s room.

“Hey,” Melody said.

“Remember how we never got married on Earth because we couldn’t afford a wedding?” Sarah asked.

“Yeah.”
“Well, we’ve together for six years.”

Sarah showed Melody the ring that Angel gave her, and she got on one knee.

“Will you marry me?” Sarah asked.

So many thoughts ran through Melody’s mind. She always wanted a huge wedding and invite all of her friends and family. But Melody realized that she would not see her family for another ten years, and that’s if she’s lucky. However, she had her closest friends on the ship.

“Yes!” Melody said with tears of joy rolling down her cheeks.

Sarah then gave Melody the biggest kiss of her life.

“Wait a minute, where will we get married?” Melody asked.

“We’ll be on a planet called Terra in a few weeks,” Sarah said. “We can get married there.”

“Okay. Let’s go tell everybody. By the way, where did you get that ring?”

“Angel gave it to me.”

“That ring looks gorgeous.”

“Yeah it is. Anyway, let’s tell the others.”

A few minutes later…

“May I have everybody’s attention, please?” Angel said over the P.A system. “Will everybody please go to the bridge.”

A few minutes later, everybody entered the bridge of the ship.

“Is everything alright?” Shelly asked.

“Melody and I have something to tell you,” Sarah said. “We’re engaged!”

Everybody congratulated Melody and Sarah.

“Does that mean you two will get married on the ship?” Allison asked.

“No, we’ll get married on a planet called Terra,” Sarah said.

“Terra is a planet that’s just like Earth,” Angel said. ” The locals look like they’re human. Except they all have bright green eyes.”
“Do we have any booze on this ship?” Shelly asked.

“Yes we do,” Angel said.

“Great, we can have a bachelorette party for Melody and Sarah then!”

“But you’re pregnant. You can’t drink.”

“That doesn’t mean everyone else can’t.”

That night, the women had their bachelorette party for Melody and Sarah. Angel opened up a bottle of wine.

“This wine is very powerful stuff,” Angel said. “One glass will get you buzzed and two glasses will get you wasted.”

“What happens if we drink more than two glasses?” Allison asked.

“You’ll get alcohol poisoning.”

Meanwhile, Michael, Steve, and Alex were in the boardroom, watching old movies and eating junk food. Even though they had the TV up as loud as they can, they could still hear the loud music coming from the bridge.

“It’s too bad this ship doesn’t have any video games,” Steve said.

“It’s too bad this ship doesn’t have any weed,” Alex said.

“We can get some booze from the bridge.”

“Dude, you’re a dude. Why you drinking girly drinks?”

“Those ‘girly drinks’ have more alcohol than beer.”

“It’s too bad this ship doesn’t have any porn,” Michael said.

“Do you have any on your phone?” Steve asked.

“I did. But I had to reformat my phone. Did you know that downloading porn can give your phone viruses?”

“No shit, Sherlock.”

“What kind of porn are you into?” Alex asked.

“That’s nobody’s business,” Michael said

“Oh, come on. I like Asian lesbian porn.”
